Delivery within Ukraine

We deliver orders throughout the entire territory of Ukraine. After placing an order, a confirmation email with order and payment details will be sent to the provided email address.

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.

• Shipments via Nova Poshta are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

• Shipments via Ukrposhta are sent on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are paid separately according to the carrier’s tariffs.

Cash on Delivery

We ship orders with cash on delivery for a total amount of up to UAH 50,000.

❗ Cash-on-delivery shipping is available only with a prepaid advance to cover transportation costs.

Advance payment amounts:

• from UAH 0 to UAH 10,000 — advance UAH 250;

• over UAH 10,000 — advance UAH 500.

The advance payment is used exclusively to cover delivery expenses in cases where the parcel is not collected, the order is refused, or an exchange is required.

⚠️ Attention! In the above cases, the advance payment is non-refundable.
⚠️ If the customer refuses the goods directly at the post office, delivery costs are paid by the customer.

International Delivery

International shipping is carried out via Ukrposhta.

Payment is made through the PayPal payment system and includes the full delivery cost.

• for orders weighing up to 2 kg, the delivery cost is USD 15 and is added automatically;

• for shipments weighing over 2 kg, the delivery cost is calculated individually and sent by email.

Payment

Payment can be made at any bank that accepts payments from individuals.

Available payment methods:

• bank (plastic) card;

• Privat24 online banking

Orders can also be placed with payment upon receipt.
In this case, an additional carrier fee of
2% + UAH 20 of the order amount is charged according to the carrier’s tariffs.
