Delivery within Ukraine

We deliver orders throughout the entire territory of Ukraine. After placing an order, a confirmation email with order and payment details will be sent to the provided email address.

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.

Shipments via Nova Poshta are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Shipments via Ukrposhta are sent on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are paid separately according to the carrier’s tariffs.

Cash on Delivery

We ship orders with cash on delivery for a total amount of up to UAH 50,000.

❗ Cash-on-delivery shipping is available only with a prepaid advance to cover transportation costs.

Advance payment amounts:

from UAH 0 to UAH 10,000 — advance UAH 250;
over UAH 10,000 — advance UAH 500.

The advance payment is used exclusively to cover delivery expenses in cases where the parcel is not collected, the order is refused, or an exchange is required.

International Delivery

International shipping is carried out via Ukrposhta.
